Tali Mirsky, Medison’s Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, brings over 25 years of experience in corporate, commercial, compliance, and governance roles across global publicly traded companies such as NICE, Frutarom, and Alvarion. She has a proven track record in leading legal strategies and large legal organizations that support business growth and operational resilience. She has successfully navigated complex legal and regulatory matters, managed multiple M&A and other transactions, and implemented governance frameworks, and compliance and ethics programs.
Her expertise in corporate governance, risk management, along with her vast transactional experience have been instrumental in supporting business expansion, ensuring regulatory alignment, and fostering ethical and sustainable growth in dynamic global markets.
With extensive expertise in navigating legal complexities, Tali is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethics. Her strategic approach ensures that Medison continues to operate with integrity while expanding global access to life-changing therapies.
Tali holds a BA in Business Administration and a LLB from the Reichman University.
