דיספורט (AbobotulinumtoxinA) היא תרופה המכילה את רעלן הבוטולינום טוקסין סוג A, המשמש לטיפול במגוון התוויות נוירולוגיות. הרעלן פועל על ידי חסימת שחרור האצטילכולין בקצות העצבים, המוביל לחסימת ההעברה העצבית ולהרפיית השרירים המכווצים. דיספורט משמש בעיקר לטיפול בספסטיות, דיסטוניה צווארית והפרעות תנועה נוירולוגיות בפנים, הנגרמות ממחלות נוירולוגיות ופגיעות מוחיות אחרות. הטיפול בדיספורט יכול לשפר את איכות החיים של המטופלים על ידי הפחתת הכאב ושיפור התפקוד המוטורי. התרופה מיוצרת על ידי חברת איפסן.
